What you will need
- A quiet space that feels private and comfortable.
- If possible somewhere to lie down for some of the meditations, most can be down sitting in your chair.
- One or two throw cushions, two if you find laying on your back makes your lower back feel tight or uncomfortable.
- A blanket to keep you warm
- A towel or pillow for under your head
- A copy of your workbook printed out

I believe that we don’t thrive the way we are supposed to and that no amount of physical activity or eating healthily will complete the picture of good health if we don’t have our mental health in check.
