Pilates at Pretty Beach

When we practise Pilates with intention, we shift from “just getting through the day” to moving with more ease, confidence, and vitality. It supports your mood, focus, and nervous system, leaving you feeling centred and capable, both in the studio and in the rest of your life.
I offer personalised Pilates sessions — privates, duets, and trios, in a fully equipped boutique studio on High View Road, Pretty Beach, NSW.
This is a traditional Pilates space with all apparatus, not a group reformer studio, and each session is individually tailored to your needs, pace, and goals.
1:1 COACHING
The Spaces In-Between Coaching is for the seasons when life is shifting, but the next chapter isn’t clear yet.
It’s a grounded, mindful approach to navigating transitions — helping you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your own inner direction.
Through self-inquiry, presence-based practices, and tailored support, you’ll move from overwhelm and uncertainty to clarity, steadiness, and self-trust.
I offer 1:1 sessions in Pretty Beach & online, creating a calm space for women to make sense of change and begin designing a life that feels aligned, intentional, and true.
Wellness Retreats
My Pilates and mindfulness retreats offer a spacious, restorative escape designed to recalibrate your mind, body, and nervous system.
These are intimate, luxury experiences where you’re invited to slow down, reconnect, and come home to yourself in beautiful, nurturing locations.
Through mindful Pilates, guided practices, and deeply restorative Yin yoga, you’ll move with intention, breathe more fully, and soften the noise of everyday life. Each retreat blends intelligent movement with gentle stillness to create the grounding, clarity, and inner spaciousness so many women crave.
I curate every detail, from the pace of the sessions to the atmosphere of the space, so you can unwind fully, reconnect with your own rhythm, and leave feeling restored, centred, and deeply supported.

My corporate workshops bring mindfulness, nervous-system support, and clearer communication into the workplace.
They’re designed for teams navigating fast-paced environments, shifting priorities, or periods of change, offering practical ways to stay grounded, focused, and steady under pressure.
Through simple mindfulness tools, guided practices, and communication strategies, your team learns how to reduce stress, regulate emotions, and interact with more clarity and awareness.
