To my left as I write this I have a 2020 planner from kiki.K on the wall. The beginning of this year was filled with Mindfulness conferences that I was booked to teach at in Perth, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra. Suffice to say I didn’t’ get there and I now have a bunch of Virgin travel credits up my sleeve just like many others. Hopefully, I get to use them to teach people face to face sometime next year.
This got me thinking…how can I help people right now? How can I get in front of women and teach them how to live in flow and finish this year on a more positive note right now?
Well, I have this wonderful platform that I love teaching from, so why not just teach live classes?!
So, from December 11th, yes that right, this week, I am going to teach live flow classes up until December 21st! I’m so bloody excited to be able to offer this!! And, why didn’t I think of this before??
I know it’s last-minute but hey, this year has been crazy so why not just go with it?! And why wait until the new year to start to feel stronger and calmer? Isn’t this the time of year where we need a little more strength and calm anyway?
Each moment is your chance to start again. To feel better, to live in flow.
There are still 24 more days until 2021. Think of how much progress you could make in that time and waiting till the new year is kinda silly, I have never really got this because cultivating good health is an ongoing project. I can’t say this enough.
The best time to start anything is now. Now, now now.
